Very good laptop
Review of Toshiba Tecra M9-S5514X by dorian151

Advantages: fast, reliable, loads heavy duty programs and games
Disadvantages: n/a

I liked this computer quite a bit when I was testing it and trying it out, and it was one of those computers which loaded everything very quickly, allowing me to get through everything I needed to do much more quickly. This just makes me happy, when a computer cooperates with you alot and loads everything when you want it to. I definately reccomend buyin this film to anyone because it is fast, it is reliable and will easily store your files without ... Read review

Great for anyone
Review of Toshiba Satellite A215-S6820 by livingdeadgirl

Advantages: light, graphics, speed
Disadvantages: none

This computer is a petty good one. The speed is faster than most and it doesn't even take a very long time to download files and other things on line. It is very light weight and so easy to carry around. It comes with some very nice looking graphics as for the appearance on the outside is really slick and smooth. Its hard drive is also very nice and it really keeps very good memory too. It isvery reliable for all kinds of things. I believe that it ... Read review

Dell Inspiron 1525 dependable with tinny sound
Review of Dell Inspiron 1525 by cindy98989

Advantages: Easy to type on, nice glossy screen, choice of colors, lightweight
Disadvantages: Horrid speakers, sound card, dell wireless card

...purchased not 1 but 2 Dell Inspiron 1525 laptops. The price was right! My daughter got the bright green case and I got the blossom. Thier nice looking laptops, good size 15" screens, true color glossy. The keyboards seem to be much easier to type on then my old 9300 Dell laptop. Speed is good, and applications load quickly on boot up. Although this laptop is a great deal for the price, there are some downsides to it. 1. The speakers are horrid unless ...
...to a better sound card. Dell boo boo on that one. The 1525 has Dell brand built in wireless, with xtra built in antennas for better connections. Ummmmm...Dell has some work to do on their wireless cards. My old 9300 has Intel wireless built in and I can pick up free wifi just about everywhere I go. Using the 1525 in the same places, I am unable to connect to the same wifi I get with my 9300. I should have upgraded to Intel wireless (kicked myself ... Read review

An Owner's Review of the Acer Aspire 3680
Review of Acer Aspire 3680-2682 by khalifthebeast

Advantages: Lightweight, Excellent Video and Affordable
Disadvantages: Low On-board Audio, No DVD Writer

The Acer Aspire 3680 is a very lightweight and reliable notebook. I had mine upgraded to 1 Gig of ram and installed Windows Vista Ultimate, which didn't seem to slow it down at all. The graphics card and display monitor are superb, providing a crystal clear viewing experience. The drawbacks to this notebook are that the on-board audio is very low. I recommend purchasing a small, portable set of speakers to enhance the sound. Second, I have yet to ... Read review
