Advantages: easy to use, great design Disadvantages: some functions are hidden, compatibility issues
...a microsoft environment to an apple one but I have been very positively surprised in a way that I could very fast do the basic things like opening a browser for instance.
I had some issue with the mouse as there is no right button on the pad but a friend of mine showed me how easy it is to parametise the pad to allow a similar function with two fingers.
What was for me a bit disturbing is the method to install new program which I still think is ... ...I am quite happy with the hardware itself although my expectation were not that high on this domain. I do use the laptop mainly to do my homeworks means finance things, internet surfing and pictures classifying. In comparison to any computers I had before, the switch off and on is extremly fast.

Alles in allem wie ich finde ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Notebook, das für den Einsatz in Firmen optimiert ist. Besonder die umfangreiche Ausstattung mit verschiedensten Ein- und Ausgängen ist sehr von Vorteil, wenn man im Service-Umfeld für Computer/Server tätig ist. Das Notebook ist sicherlich sein Geld wert für den privaten Bereich aber sicherlich preismäßig an der oberen Grenze. Preise von ca. 2000 EUR sprengen sicherlich manche Geldbörse. So ... ...Firmen im Einsatz ist, wo es seine umfangreichen Fähigkeiten gut ausspielen kann. Für den Heimbenutzer fehlen sicherlich solche Dinge wie zusätzliche Tasten für den Video- und Audiobereich (Start, Stop, Vorwärts, Zurück usw.). This laptop is very unique. It has lots of storage space in your hard drive and the keys press easily. The screen looks like a plasma screen and it has a little built in mouse right below the keys. Advantages: Light, nice keyboard, good battery Disadvantages: dark screen
...with a lot of useless HP diagnostics, updates etc. I don't know why when they are marketed at corporate clients and most company's IT departments handle most of this work.
In corporate laptops I think the most important areas are screen, battery life and portability.
The laptop itself feels quite light and feels pretty thin. The spec's are their, you can read them but I'm talking perception. And my perception is that this is quite a bit lighter ... ...remiss in not complaining that HP has annoyed me by requiring a different power supply than my current model consumer laptop. Why do manufacturers do this? You'd think they'd save money if all there laptops (of a similar vintage and power need) would use the same adapters. The basic power supply doesn't have and way to tie up the cords which is pretty cheap.
The biggest disappointment so far is the screen - it is quite dark and I can't increase ...
