I purchased this laptop because I needed a reliable portable computer for business and personal use. So far, it has exceeded all of my expectations! It comes with Windows Vista, which was easy to adapt to after using Windows XP for so long. It comes with many programs already loaded as trial subscriptions. I'd rather be able to choose the programs I want and purchase them as needed. The keyboard layout is large and the actual letter keys are the same size as a regular keyboard. Easy to adapt to and use if you have been using a typical keyboard. Hello, I have this laptop in my case with 4 GB of RAM and 667 of 160GB hdd. The two memory modules of 2 gb ea cost around 100 euros, the graphics card is not to throw rockets but for undemanding games and watch DVDs and videos in general is more than enough. While the micro is marked as a core 2 duo 5470 to 1.6 ghz, in my case goes to almost 1800 mhz. For normal duties, this laptop is a gem, and less than 700 euros with 4 GB of RAM. It is a nice notebook to have. My neice just got one and it has awsome graphics. It is very easy to use and the memory on it is very good. The hard drive is big and it is easy to carry around. ...have had with the first Acers. I hear now that Acers are pretty good computers. SO if you were to buy a laptop and you choose Acer I would try to make sure it is a newer model of theirs. Otherwise I would just look for a different brand! ...
