Lenovo weighing 6-pounds is a consumer level laptop, mid-range. Not that expensive around $600. The keypad is similar to that of the Thinkpad keyboards, almost the same. Provides more room for touch pad and its scrolling features. There is something about this Laptop that comes only with business laptops, the finger print scanner. The Speakers of the Laptop are not that special. Do not provide impressive bass at all. Good enough for games and music ... ...and not to forget nVidia Ge Force Go 7300, 256 MB dedicated memory. This configuration is more than just enough for my kind of gaming. Light and average kind of gaming just for passing time and relaxing, I think this is enough for the graphics to be taken care of.

...good, is the service from apple also very good. I use this macbook air to, and it's very cool. Also the outfit of this macbook is very nice! I say, buy one, its worth it. In mac os you got also Bootcamp, thats a program to switch from vista to mac os and from mac os to vista. You can find some drivers for vista at your disc from your mac os install. ...The otherwise performance of the Lenovo ThinkPad X61 is very impressive. Its 7200rpm hard drive gives very fast load times. The best thing about the Lenovo ThinkPad X61.
It has an 8-cell extended battery, which lasts for not more than four to five hours. Compared to Windows XP, Vista is bad about power management eats lot of precious power.
Lenovo ThinkPad X61 is hot, well it emits more heat than one could expect from a laptop, which is a considerably ... ...the heat in your wrist.
To conclude, this is a good choice if you don't want to carry your heavy otherwise laptop. And its easier to upgrade, especially the RAM.
Pros:
Extremely light.
Full-size keyboard.
Very portable.
Cons:
Poor viewing angles.

One of my friend using this Laptop and I also tried using it.. But frankly speaking - I don't like this LAPTOP at all.
That is because - # When I touch it, I don't feel as rich as DELL LAPTOP.
# It is very delicate
# Also Not comfortable; That is because all its ports are totally in a different place then most of the laptop has.
Its all Ports are on left and right side of the Laptop - so When we plug Internet Cable to it.. And If that is coming ... ...manage / keep / use.
SPEED and PERFORMANCE - It is GOOD for BUSINESS purpose. COST - It is quite LOW as compare to other LAPTOPS from other company.
SERVICE - GOOD
BACKUP - VERY GOOD
SOUND QUALITY - VERY GOOD
If you are buying this for HOME - It is good one.. Having IN BUILT CAMERA - QUALITY is GOOD
