I have owned this Sony laptop for about a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences with it! I often use my Sony in my college classes for notes or in between classes to browse the internet and listen to music, and I must report that the battery life is outstanding on this unit. I have used many laptops in the past for my job and for personal use and this one definitely takes the cake for ease of use, speed, and style. This laptop looks nice, has great features, and a good battery life, but it is very poorly made with cheap parts. I have had mine for about four months and only use it at a desk for school work and I am already having problems with keys popping off the keyboard and other small pieces falling off. The Asus Eee PC 1000 Intel Atom, it's a excellent mini notebook I used by. I used it with Windows XP. I got the perfect experience which I didn't get from my previous pc.
