I purchased this laptop because I needed a reliable portable computer for business and personal use. So far, it has exceeded all of my expectations! It comes with Windows Vista, which was easy to adapt to after using Windows XP for so long. It comes with many programs already loaded as trial subscriptions. Advantages: Looks nice, good memory and price

I had this notebook and it started to go bezerk. It wouldn't accept any typing and would only work with the mouse. I called the tech support because it was still under warranty. They told me it was a software glitch and tried to walk me through the fix. After about 1 1/2 hrs of frustration I was told to send it back. They sent a box to send it back with. I complied and within days of sending it UPS, and 2 days of calling them and asking about it, ...

If you are looking for a really nice laptop then look no farther because this is it with lots of features and functions. It is really portable o carry around any where that you are going to use for personal and school projects. The speed is rather fast compared to alot of pcs that I have used in the past.
