Advantages: Very light weight Disadvantages: One USB port, Not able to swap out battery
A friend of mine has one of these and I've used it a couple of times. It is so stylish and a true work of art that it's a pleasure to use it. My friend is a real serious computer user and gave up using a tablet style laptop when the Macbook Air became available. When asked what he likes about it, he said *It's perfect.* He really appreciates the light weight since he frequently carries it around all day going to meetings. His main complaint is that ... ...it needs recharging. He's also discovered a limitation with the one USB port. The port has only enough power for running one device such as the DVD drive. If he uses a USB hub to gain additional ports, he has to use a powered USB hub to have sufficient power for both a DVD drive and say a mouse. Machines that have multiple USB ports have enough power for more than one device. If you need to use multiple USB devices you might want to check this out ...

Advantages: High quality in both software and hardware, design very attractive Disadvantages: weight and size perhaps
Bestial! could be the perfect definition for this laptop, not like this last one, that if vieseis size pc pensariais the same thing that I thought when I buy it .. 'less evil that is portable' I am a photographer, and needed a screen quality and the big time, all this without me up too much space, most of the work I bring home, and I already have enough junk, to be wasting space ... The first thing you think when you turn on your laptop, it is that ... ...altissima, chrystalbrite technology, which makes the screen will have a special brightness, without this kind of 'plastic' before recubria displays of old laptops, and that over time, just darkening the dirt ... I can say that I have between your hands (now writing from) a beast in all aspects .. There are two versions of this same pc simplifying could say that this' cheap 'and' expensive 'cheap is less than 1 giga ram memory, hard disk and 180, ...

The two-tone Sony Vaio FZ may not be as staid or as dull as your standard corporate Wintel laptop, but some of the design elements left us disappointed. For one thing, the black plastic on the keyboard, especially where it meets the magnesium alloy shell, felt a bit flimsy and creaky to us, and yielded when we pressed down. Also, though we tend to be extra-careful with our review units, the top outer shell of the laptop picked up some scuffs and ... ...a dedicated laptop case. We like the relatively thin size and light weight of the machine, though this won't be any competition for design like we see on the Macbook Pro, but even looking around the case there are some design flaws. The AC adapter plugs in with an L-shaped plug, and when this isn't oriented properly towards the back it perfectly obscures the Blu-Ray drive from opening. Also, though the machine has plenty of ports, they are literally ...

Advantages: powerful components, solid, many interfaces Disadvantages: too heavy, missing mini DVI port
Thinkpad t61pDescription
I bought the t61p 3 monthes ago. It is a real power horse. Windows Vista runs very smoothely on this machine. The 1920x1200 screen resolution results in a very fine-grained text display. The t61p comes with a lot of interfaces including firewire, usb, wifi, card reader. The heat development (a problem in previous versions of the T-series) is moderate. Thinkpad t61p Disadvantages
One big disadvantage though ... ...they could build it somewhat thinner and leighter (Lenovo has to learn from Apple here). Another disadvantage seems to me to be the lack of any DVI interface. Why should you be forced to buy the docking station just to use a DVI-only monitor.
Thinkpad t61p Advantages
The traditional advantages of thinkpad computers are all to be found here: a nice software package of useful utillities, a robust case/frame, and a choice of great components ...

Advantages: compact, stylish, sleek Disadvantages: glare on screen, pricey
This is an excellent laptop. I have not had any issues with any aspect of it. The size and weight makes it easy to carry around. The computer operates quickly. The design is very nice and professional looking. There are many built in features such as the camera that come in very handy. The software such as Microsoft office can transfer to other computers including desktops and non macs. The keyboard offers a similar style to that of a PC and the ...
