Advantages: beautiful design Disadvantages: haven't try it
Sony VAIO AR830E Truly,..i haven't try this product...but sometimes if i go to lunch..i see people in cafe of campus IBII Indonesia,..using this product.
it look so beautiful, slim and so nice.
and i have see the specification on the vaio web. and i very impressed with the specification and the advantages of the product. i think it`s like super laptop...with great speed... and i think it`s OK using this product for big and heavy application like ... ...connectivity or technology...i don't know...because i haven't try it.... but in notebook hardware ... i think`s is ok to have it...
nice to see the product with great application and sometimes want to have it.. just that what i`m thinking...wish u have a great product with a great need.

Advantages: Yeah so it has 500GB of storage Disadvantages: Only 3GB of RAM is recognized, out of date software, etc...
There is a few things wrong with this laptop and I'll tell you why. For one for what it offers don't be fooled by it. Also the price is too much, expensive and it's like the same price you would buy a used car from -- ridiculous! And you wouldn't be getting the amount's worth if you did buy it. The operating system with Windows Vista is 32-bit which means the 4GB of DDR2 RAM will only read up to 3GB of RAM instead of the full amount. Now if you had ... ...of 4GB will be used and shown when booting to your system. But the issue with the 4GB not showing all in a 32-bit Operating System is nothing new -- This can be in other computer brands as well. So this becomes a huge issue for consumers who want to purchase high end or fast systems.
The problem tested is the software that is included. The video adapter that includes HDMI to DVI has had numerous reports that the video drivers don't work properly. ...

This is a high-end model that banks on being a Vaio to be this beautiful and professional looking. Not only is the outside professional looking but the inside is superb that it is perfect for those who have a passion for the best.
The processor is already that of an Intel core 2 Duo T8300 - those who are not good at processor technologies should understand that a T8300 is a really good processor. It is in Centrino which is far better than ... ...- that is a really big one!
Like most new models, this one has a DVD-RW drive plus slots for media cards plus wireless internet connectivity plus bluetooth technology.
The monitor is 14 inches of clear LCD-type screen. The audio capability is good with Realtek Audio technology.
