Dell Inspiron 1525
Review of Dell Inspiron 1525 by
Ks21cowgirl
Advantages: Nice to be able to take your cool looking laptop on the go.
Disadvantages: Wish the batter would last longer then it does
I bought this Dell laptop for school. I really injoy my laptop. It is really all I thought it to be, but I don't like that it didn't come with a better user guide book. The book it came with doesn't really help you out in some area. As far as the laptop it self, it is great, I feel that for a school laptop this one was the best choice I could have found. I am greatful for the customer service at Best Buy were I got the laptop for pointing this one ...

Dell for office and home
Review of Dell Latitude D600 by
oderog
Advantages: easy to work with when new
Disadvantages: Bulky and heavy
When new the Dell Latitude D600 is very faster and fun to work, it's ability to work off line when power goes off is good but this only work when this laptop is still in good condition, the other bit of the Dell laptop is that it's heavy and bulky and some improvements needs to be done on it. The speed is recommend. The size of this laptop can be reduce to make it easy to fit in even small bags that one can walk with. It's weight has to be look into ...

Good for college students
Review of Dell Inspiron 1721 by
leah_edwards
Advantages: price and graphics
Disadvantages: not light in weight
This laptop from Dell is reasonably priced for those who are on a budget. It offers better than average performance and processing speed, along with clear and crisp graphics. The display screen is just about the right size. The 10-key numerical pad is a nice addition compared to most laptops that do not have one. The only problem I found was that it was sometimes a bit slow to start up, but otherwise ran fine. It was average in size when it comes ...

Dell Inspiron 1521
Review of Dell Inspiron 1521 by
lillyputtz
Advantages: Lightweight, fast
Disadvantages: too many programs and gadgets installed
I purchased this Dell Inspiron 1521 for my daughter to go to college in Oct of 2007. As soon as I received it, the DVD drive did not work at all. I spent almost 2 hours with tech assistance trying to fix the problem. I had to send it back, and send my daughter off to college without it. When I got it back, it worked fine until April of 2008. Then it started having pixlelated screen, no audio, blue screens, text would jump behind to the beginning ...

Nice and fashionable laptop
Review of Toshiba Satellite A305-S6857 by
stanvy
Advantages: big hard disk space
Disadvantages: not for professional use
This Toshiba Satellite A305-S6857 comes with Intel Core 2 Duo T5750 / 2 GHz processor, which had moderate speed. This is absolutely suitable for casual user, but not recommended for professional use. It have 4GB ram of installed size, where you can have up 4GB ram installed on it, the one I own comes with 3GB memory ram, which is enough for me at this moment. It comes with incredible size of 320 GB - Serial ATA-150 - 5400 rpm hard disk space, making ...
