I had this notebook and it started to go bezerk. It wouldn't accept any typing and would only work with the mouse. I called the tech support because it was still under warranty. They told me it was a software glitch and tried to walk me through the fix. After about 1 1/2 hrs of frustration I was told to send it back. They sent a box to send it back with.
