Lenovo ThinkPad T61 is built with the latest intel processor and platform of the new centrino duo. It does have Windows Vista but I have had no problems with it, and find it very easy to use. I am not too crazy about the partition - not sure why they had to do that, because the smaller partition is the default for installing programs, and it fills up pretty fast. The screen is sharp and clear with no glare. The keyboard is very comfortable and I love the smooth-surface touchpad...no room for grit and grime to settle in the edges.
