Great LT
Review of Panasonic Toughbook 52 by dorian151

Advantages: great, reliable, fast
Disadvantages: n/a

This laptop, the Panasonic Toughbook 52 - Core 2 Duo T7100 1.8 GHz - 15.4" TFT is definately one of my favorites amongst the many that I have owned! With its brilliant 15.4 inch screen and brilliantly designed case, this laptop is definately the ultimate computer that you could ever want, and whats mroe? It even has a handle so you can carry it without a case! Although I do not reccomend, as this can damage your laptop... the whole point of a case ... Read review

Dell Inspiron 1525 dependable with tinny sound
Review of Dell Inspiron 1525 by cindy98989

Advantages: Easy to type on, nice glossy screen, choice of colors, lightweight
Disadvantages: Horrid speakers, sound card, dell wireless card

...purchased not 1 but 2 Dell Inspiron 1525 laptops. The price was right! My daughter got the bright green case and I got the blossom. Thier nice looking laptops, good size 15" screens, true color glossy. The keyboards seem to be much easier to type on then my old 9300 Dell laptop. Speed is good, and applications load quickly on boot up. Although this laptop is a great deal for the price, there are some downsides to it. 1. The speakers are horrid unless ...
...to a better sound card. Dell boo boo on that one. The 1525 has Dell brand built in wireless, with xtra built in antennas for better connections. Ummmmm...Dell has some work to do on their wireless cards. My old 9300 has Intel wireless built in and I can pick up free wifi just about everywhere I go. Using the 1525 in the same places, I am unable to connect to the same wifi I get with my 9300. I should have upgraded to Intel wireless (kicked myself ... Read review

An Owner's Review of the Acer Aspire 3680
Review of Acer Aspire 3680-2682 by khalifthebeast

Advantages: Lightweight, Excellent Video and Affordable
Disadvantages: Low On-board Audio, No DVD Writer

The Acer Aspire 3680 is a very lightweight and reliable notebook. I had mine upgraded to 1 Gig of ram and installed Windows Vista Ultimate, which didn't seem to slow it down at all. The graphics card and display monitor are superb, providing a crystal clear viewing experience. The drawbacks to this notebook are that the on-board audio is very low. I recommend purchasing a small, portable set of speakers to enhance the sound. Second, I have yet to ... Read review

Review of Apple MacBook Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz - 13.3" TFT by johnmontgomery

Advantages: easy to use, compatible with new software, has Microsoft Office available, very customizable
Disadvantages: it's a different type of computer if you are used to a PC

...the money. The .Mac program and the Apple Support are also worth the money that you have to dish out to get them. And if you're smart, you'll buy the office and sell it to your friends when you're done, because you can use the program up to 3 times. ... Read review

review this D600 review
Review of Dell Latitude D600 by kaiser83

Advantages: value for money
Disadvantages: casing comes off when dropped

Dell Latitude D600 is a great little computer that easily transports around the house. While playing music through this computer it provides enough sound so that you can hear it over the vacuum, but not so much that you will awaken the neighbors. It is really quite a quick little computer when compared to most other computers that are not dinosaurs that some of you may have had in tha past. My wifey bought this computer while I was deployed and when ...
...for the product. The two main problems with this computer are that if it is dropped more than a few inches the casing will pop off and it has to be reinstalled, and the keys on the computer pop off easily making it hard to write reviews on this site in such an eloquent manner as some other reviewers do. I hope this has helped you in your decision. ... Read review
