We really love this machine, it is the right size for us (couple) . It is very easy to operate and has many functions. It operates wonderfully, not unpleasant noises, and the machine tells you when it is done. The sounds that come with the machine are cutesy. The clothes are bright and requires minimal detergent use. I have not had any issues with clothes being torn or ripped. It has a delicate cycle and bras and sweaters have been retrieved alive after washing them. It was, personally, a little pricey for us but it was a great buy and I expect it to have it many years, so the initial investment price was not such a deterrent to get this machine. My friends that saw it, said it was nice looking and liked it. I would really recommend this front loader to other people.
