Overall good phone, however I did have some problems with it. After about 6 months, it began turning off by itself randomly. It's also not very shock absorbent. I tend to drop my phone often and the hinge that allows the phone to open and close became loose. It's music capabilities did make up for it's shortcomings. Be sure to purchase a memory card and music essentials kit if you're planning to store a lot of music on it. The keys are large enough to easily distinguish between, allowing for easy dialing and text messaging. If you keep your phone on you most of the time, it's a good idea to use a holster because this phone is a little too wide to conceal in your pocket. Other than that, phone is simple to navigate and great for listening to music.
