I have had this phone for about a year now, and it does all I need it to do. It was actually a free phone replacement from one of those deals when your contract runs out. For me, it was an improvement over my old phone because my old phone did not have some of the features that this phone has.
I like that this phone is able to take pictures, text message, go online, and download and use applications such as the VZ navigator. The calls are very clear. The battery also lasts a very long time.
It can do bluetooth, although I have not tried this feature.
It is not for someone looking for a fancy phone. It isn't a very thin, sleek phone. It doesn't flip to one of the full alphabet keyboards like some of the newer models do, but it gets the job done.
For me, the price was definitely right with this phone. I have had no problems.
