We bought this unit after the one we had stopped working. This one had the best features and ease of use that we were looking for. Before this we used some small low powered unit. This unit is convenient since you can put two small tv type dinners in it and heat them at the same time. At times this helps out tremendously when everyone is wanting to heat their food. The unit comes with a handy heating guide that is part of the manual so keep it handy when you want to cook something not listed on the preset buttons. The unit heats your food evenly and is easy to clean after those accidents from uncovered dishes. I'm glad we have one of theses units after seeing it work.
