I had this phone last year and I never had any problems out of mine but my wife did several times. She had to turn hers back in and get a different type of phone. It keep losing its signal alot in very clear clearings. It did not hae a variety of ring tones to chose from either. Hers tore up a few times and had to get fixed. But it still not work well. I was told by her that she could hear echoing as she was talking. The sound was not clear at all. Now the speaker phone on it worked really well though. It was just reliable if she got stranded some where. I would not recommend this phone to others at all because of its reception.
