Haier, .....our first large flat screen TV, ....and at a bargain sale price of $899. We could not have been happier when we brought it home. The picture looked good, the sound was great. The controls were easy to access should we decide not to use the remote. What a great bargain!!
Now, "possible future customers," fast forward to one year and a few days later. The warranty has just run out. A rather strange problem develops. We can no longer get ... ...will not turn off and remain off. As soon as you shut it off, it turns back on again. Is it the remote control? Nope! We wish it was!!!
The solution, should you decide you still want a TV like this, ....... unplug it after you are finished watching it. Then when you want to watch it again, plug it in again. If your like me, then you don't have a huge amount of money to spend on a TV! I purchased this LCD veiwed flat screen for a great price, but the picture is not as clear as other more expensive TV's. But, if your looking for something suitable for light lit rooms, then this is the TV for you! There are not many light glares on this product! Sharp LC Aquos 32D44U looks cute, the price is better-- the price is significantly lower than similar HDTVs. Normally the price range should be significantly higher than that of half resolution HDTVs. LC Aquos 32D44U has a resolution of 1366*768, 32 inch in size, that's perfectly fit our needs. 7 picture mode, 5 of them can be adjusted. The picture processing is very good. The full screen mode is also great. With a range of other available controls ... ...has to offer, I think Sharp LC Aquos 32D44U is the best one with the lowest price.
