I have been very impressed with this television. The colors appear pure, not too bright and not too subdued. I use it for a combination of a media center (it is hooked up to my computer) and for viewing movies. When hooked up to my computer it serves as a photo viewer as well (my screen saver). The photos appear beautiful and the movies are clear. There is a more shiny/reflective version (the LN-T4065F) which I looked at in stores originally but ...
...is also superb. I usually have a lot of difficulty hearing speech in movies, turning up the sound makes the special effects too loud and turning it down makes it difficult to distinguish speech. This Tv is a little powerhouse. Don't know if you know what the Backyardigans are but it is my son and daughters favorite show. The cartoon comes in so much better than my old tube, and so much better than my buddies Olevia. The picture quality is amazing. Wasw over at my buddies house doing some construction, of course wifey made me take one the kids. The boy was just getting in the way so we stuck him in the living room to watch TV. The sound options on this TV are just plain awesome. The fact that you can switch it from opera, and rock, and so many other coices of sounds is wicked cool. ...of my additional equipment, the Samsung gives you the ability to label your equipment within the setup, so that when your going through the settings looking to change things, you know exactly which device you are changing settings for.
