Advantages: cheap Disadvantages: the power supply on tv was faulty
...of last year I bought LG 42LC7D, on the whole, the use of the experience is very good,the only problem i had was that after just a month the power supply on tv was faulty. the tv would turn off within 10 seconds of being turned on. had a repair tech out and he said this has happened with several LGs (same model) and that LG has not produced replacement parts for this problem. he advised me to take it back to the store and get a different brand. so ... ...I am so dissapointed. the LG was astronomically better so I'm heading back to the store to get another LG and keep my fingers crossed that the defect in the power supply will not rear its ugly head until LG has started producing replacement parts.
