It's a small TV that is located in my bedroom. It has only 19'' It's like a monitor of a computer. This TV is flat and it does its job pretty well done. It has several features but not too much at all.
The image quality is pretty clear and the sound is pretty nice as well. You only can connect one devices (such a DVD player) or a video game system, but only one at all time.

Advantages: Strong quality picture. Make sure you are within 6 feet for strong viewing. Disadvantages: None. Just make sure you connect the sound cable, too.
I purchased this television for my bedroom. I didn't want a large, obtrusive TV taking up my entire bureau. I love it. While I would probably prefer a larger TV for viewing purposes 12 feet away, it fits in perfectly with my decor, I can see it well, the picture is very clear, the instructions for installation were simple to install with my new cable box (even for a non-techie woman to do by herself). There is something in the instructions about ... ...cable box unless you are using external speakers. Not so -- you do need to do so -- otherwise you get no sound. Lesson learned. Great picture quality, great sound. Now if I could just figure out how to make it work with one remote instead of two. I am a happy purchaser. ...

...are nervous about buying a ViewSonic TV, do not be! There are alot of other brands out there that have the same exact features as this model for thousands more. The gym that I used purchased 12 ViewSonic LCD TVs, and they have been used on a daily basis for over a year now. This may be a very heavy tv but at least you know it will not trip over easily. It has a big screen for watching your favorite movies and tv shows on it. The pictures come in very nice and clear. Nothing at all comes out blurry apon the screen. My family and I love to sit down and watch family movies on it. It is very easy to install too. It does not take long at all. ...out with saying thank you Sony for the BEST tv i had ever had. I bought this tv in September of 2007 and i have been never had a tv with suck a good picture. I got the 52in. to go in my game room and i hooked it up with surrond sound and it is GREAT. I play my xbox 360 with my friends and we love it.
