Moniter of the Year!
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 920NW by BiteDownHard

Advantages: Quaility, Easy to use, plasma screen, very thin
Disadvantages: cord is kinda short

...and since this is a samsung it is even better. The color on this screen is just unbelivable. You can change it to your likings with the small little buttons on the front. It is very easy to use and install. The screen is very unique and can fit inside a menella folder. Since I am a clutts when it comes to everything I can honestly tell you that I have dropped this moniter on the floor when trying to hook it up and it didn't leave a scratch. This ... Read review

Sony touch!
Review of HP L5006tm Touchscreen Monitor by dorian151

Advantages: touch screen, great graphics
Disadvantages: n/a

Wow! I love this monitor, there is nothing cooler to have with a computer than a touch screen monitor, where you can write, touch and draw on so easily! WHO NEEDS A GRAPHICS TABLET?!?! The graphics on this are just amazing and the contrast is very high creating a brilliant truelife clear image on the screen which is great for things like watching DVD movies, videos etc, and for displaying visualizations whilst listening to music It also comes ... (I thought it was) An Improvement On My Old Tank!
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 713BM by anonymili

Advantages: Initially it was a huge improvement on my old monitor
Disadvantages: Very poor and slow manufacturer support

...The monitor included was the Samsung SyncMaster 713BM which I'm reviewing here. This was the first time I'd owned a TFT/LCD monitor at home (although I had used several at work before then) and I was quite excited about having a monitor which took up less space on my PC workstation, having previously had a Belinea 17 inch "tank" of a monitor which I really shouldn't berate as it gave me good service for a good 5 years or so. MY OPINION ...
...and luckily it was a Samsung as they had 3 year warranty periods. I was very relieved. I didn't fancy spending a $300 or more or a new monitor at this time as I'm off on holiday soon and when you consider you can get a whole new computer for around $1000 with lots of bits thrown in as well as a monitor, I didn't want to waste money on just buying a new monitor. I called up Samsung and was told by a very nice chap that someone would definitely call ... Read review

Your next monitor? Surely a LG
Review of LG L196WTY-BF by wilburnwiked

Advantages: design, price
Disadvantages: poor connectivity

...20 "then I saw this LG and I decided to take this. The monitor is built entirely of plastic coating. The board of monitors is black with white logo in a stunning exhibition at the centre of the bottom. Support instead of white plastic, glossy, very elegant. Overall, the design is pleasant, nothing exceptional, not to disturb lines too futuristic or strange. Bello the back completely in shiny white plastic, this monitor you can keep safely in a stunning ...
...on the market of the most complete and captivating. How is the DVI ports and a VGA. Whole connectivity stops here. The performance monitors are not evil, the surface is the classic not glossy, which I prefer, and that greatly reduces the risk of reflexes. Many other monitors instead establish, in front of a larger feel, the glossy panel. This if it can attract a first time buyers for the beauty, then leads to the limitations in the provision of the ... Read review

I love this LCD screen!
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 172 N by scitebunny213

Advantages: all
Disadvantages: none

...it's computer screens. Yet the SAMSUNG SyncMaster 172N kept me satisfied for four months, ever since I replaced my other screen. I've used many screens before, from all size and shape and this is no doubt one of my favorite. At 17 inches display size, it's neither too big that it tires your eyes, but it's not so small that nothing fits. With color support of 24 bit and 1280 x 1024 maximum resolution, there's only a few few few things that you can't ...
...see those anyway. And the back light life is 20 thousand hours - so it won't black out on you for at least, say, 3 years - and't that's assuming you use the computer 24 hours a day - which you obviously don't. You can also adjust the angle of the screen. By pushing the screen up or down, you can control how the screen faces you. There's six buttons on the button for easy adjusting. Find the screen to dim or bright? all you have to do it press the ... Read review
