Samsung sync master 920 NW is a good monitor in the price it being offered for. It is a good 19 inch big and wide screen monitor which can be refreshing after using the commonly used 15 inch monitor. Its easy to install, just plug and play. It has its flaws also , it dosent offer an adjustable stand, the screen resolution is low as compared to what should be for a 19 inch screen, with only 1440x900, compare with 19" conventional LCD monitor (1280x1024), ...
...for this price range as most users don't find much use of a higher resolution , but its not recommended for a person using cad , graphic and design software's like 3d max, photoshop etc. as there it will show. Advantages: vivid colors
Disadvantages: dont print as beautiful as they look at the screen but cant complain

I wish things would print as nice as they look on this screen. I guess you cant really complain about how nice of color a monitor has but when printing pictures its a little frustrateing beacuse they dont look as good as they do on the screen. My thoughts were that HP should have either sent a repair person or prepaid package so they could repair it but this is not the way it works.Would it be nice if a computer company stood up for there products so the consumer would not have to be hassled when their products break down. Advantages: Very large screen for extra monitor space, it rotates and tilts.
Disadvantages: Color resolution is hard to adjust. Colors are too bright and lack depth.

I got this HP monitor a month or so ago for the specific purpose of expanding my available screen space on my work computer. I had been using just a laptop but usually need to have many windows and screens open. It was driving me crazy to have to keep minimizing and maximizing pages when cross-referencing documents. I still use my laptop as my main monitor, but now I just slide over pages when I'm not using them or when I need to drag and paste info ...

The biggest problem I have with this particular monitor, and this is not a small issue, is that I have a lot of trouble adjusting the screen resolution to be just right. In a perfect world, the resolution would be identical to the monitor on my laptop.
