Moniter of the Year!
Review of Samsung SyncMaster 920NW by BiteDownHard

Advantages: Quaility, Easy to use, plasma screen, very thin
Disadvantages: cord is kinda short

...and since this is a samsung it is even better. The color on this screen is just unbelivable. You can change it to your likings with the small little buttons on the front. It is very easy to use and install. The screen is very unique and can fit inside a menella folder. Since I am a clutts when it comes to everything I can honestly tell you that I have dropped this moniter on the floor when trying to hook it up and it didn't leave a scratch. This ... Read review

BenQ T905, Quality Monitor
Review of BenQ T905 by Silenced

Advantages: Nice Screen Size
Disadvantages: It's Rather Heavy

After one of my relatives gave me this monitor I thought, oh god, and old half broken monitor is coming my way, but I accepted anyway, just to save me some money. From my first thought of a broken, old, small and overall disappointing monitor was immediately changed when I plugged it in and booted up my pc. It delivers bright and high quality picture, not to mention it is nice to look at. I believe if you bought this product you would not be disappointed ...
...you push the little 'i' button on the front panel it sorts out your screen so it all fits in. All of the buttons are easy to understand, and then again, so is the actual interface you use when adjusting things to it. Overall it is a good product and I would recommend it to anyone in search of a decent size good looking monitor. There is one issue with it though, and that is it's weight, it is a hefty thing, but it once you find some easy places ... Read review

NEC LCD WOW
Review of NEC MultiSync LCD1760V by keltycphoenyx

Advantages: bright, clear picture, easily adjustable, durable casing
Disadvantages: screen is fragile

This monitor has a bright display and a clear picture. I was able to watch movies on my PC, and feel like I was watching them in a theater. Eight buttons lie along the bottom edge of the screen.. completely unobtrusive, so that you can adjust brightness, contrast, aspect ratios.. all without having to flip though 100 or so different items to get to what you want. The open base and flat screen allows you to fit the monitor into much smaller areas, ... Read review

Great to have
Review of HP LP2065 by jabbusch-girl

Advantages: picture, light, doesn't take much room
Disadvantages: no

I had a friend that bought one of these a couple of months ago and it is very cool. It shows the pictures really nice and clear. It is like every thing is picture perfect. It is so easy to use and not hard to hook up to your computer. The design is just simple looking and nice and flat. Which is a plus to have because it doesn't take up a lot of extra room. She has not had any problems out of it since the purchase dat and she uses it daily. Actually ... Read review

Simply, Flatly, Useful
Review of ASUS MM17T by ChocolateLady

Advantages: Clear screen, small footprint, pretty looking, inexpensive
Disadvantages: No volume control, sound quality poor, not amazing video quality

...they gave me is the Asus MM17T with stereo speakers, and this is what I think of it. This is a 17" video monitor which has "splendid" technology that apparently makes the output optimal for the human eye. Good thing that, since the eyes I have are mostly human (I say "mostly" since I wear contact lenses). I have to admit that this seems to work since the screen looks clear and does have far sharper images than my old one. Setting it up was a breeze. ...
...and it started working right away. One thing they did need to make sure of was that the wire for the internal speakers was plugged in properly. I know I would have put it into the wrong place, but since there are limited spots to plug the speakers into, a simple trial-and-error test would have sufficed. Speaking of the speakers, you should know that the volume can only be controlled through the computer's audio setup. This is a bit of a problem since ... Read review
