I have been using this monitor at work for over a year now and the picture quality is crisp and bright. When you're using a monitor you definitely want these two qualities. I used the Samsung SyncMaster 710TM at work now for over a year in an office where we had 7 or 8 of the same model used by staff and clients alike. I always found them to be reliable and with clear resolutions. No complaints whatsoever on any of them so far!
