I have been using this monitor at work for over a year now and the picture quality is crisp and bright. When you're using a monitor you definitely want these two qualities. It is easy to view pictures at true colors, you can read both large and fine print without strain to your eyes and you can have multiple pages open on your monitor without any issues. I used the Samsung SyncMaster 710TM at work now for over a year in an office where we had 7 or 8 of the same model used by staff and clients alike. I always found them to be reliable and with clear resolutions. No complaints whatsoever on any of them so far!
