Disadvantages: A lot to mention.

The Lenovo ThinkVision L171p isn't the greatest monitor I've seen. It's not horrible, but it's not that great, either. Text often appears blurry, and color distinction is just simply.. Not as good as it could be. I've seen much better. Editting pictures using this monitor is quite tricky, even with an advanced user as myself, as the graphics are dull, and almost smudgy. For your everyday basic use, like surfing the web and such things, it'd be alright, ...

LOVE THIS MONITOR!! The colors on this monitor are so vibrant. The flat screen gives way to no distortion. It has very clear pictures and as well as text. This monitor is easy on the eyes for those of us that stare at the monitor for hours on end. It connected to my computer with ease and takes up minimal space. Samsung sync master 920 NW is a good monitor in the price it being offered for. It is a good 19 inch big and wide screen monitor which can be refreshing after using the commonly used 15 inch monitor. Its easy to install, just plug and play. It has its flaws also , it dosent offer an adjustable stand, the screen resolution is low as compared to what should be for a 19 inch screen, with only 1440x900, compare with 19" conventional LCD monitor (1280x1024), ...
...for this price range as most users don't find much use of a higher resolution , but its not recommended for a person using cad , graphic and design software's like 3d max, photoshop etc. as there it will show. I have had this monitor for about 4 years now, and I have never had a single problem or issue with it! First, the size. It is small enough to fit nicely on your desk, leaving room for other items (unlike the bulky CRT monitors that take up all of the room that you have!)
