...Hi hoop fans, with allstar weekend now finished all that remains now is to see who'll triumph in the regular season. I think it'll be allen iversons philidelphia 76ers and iverson himself picking up mvp. Rookie of the year will be kenyon martin. Im pleased that the east won the allstar game as being a raptors man although vince didnt play, still did very well. ...I feel that basketball in England does not get enough publicity. This is a shame because basketball is the best sports to come out of America. So maybe the English league isn't up to par with the NBA or even the Bundesliga in Germany, but if Sport England was to give more money to the sport, we could develop more John Ameachis and Michael Olowokandis who are now playing in the NBA. John is definitely an example for young players, he turned down a contract offer from the LA Lakers the double playoff winning team, to stay with his current team the Orlando Magic, purely out of loyalty. If he was in it for the money, John would be playing for the Lakers. I also feel that the NBA should be shown on TV more often. If we are going to publicise the sport, it needs to be widely available. There is nothing like seeing a 7 foot player going... Read review
