For someone that has small children, this is a great item to have. I can make my child a hot sandwich rather than the cold typical sandwich. It is very easy to use and even easier to clean up. I find that it is a safe appliance and very reliable. We use the maker at least once a day in our house and it never fails to give us a great hot sandwich. The maker does not take a long time to heat up and the non stick surface makes it easy to get the sandwich out. It is very small so counter space should not be a problem. I would highly recommend this sandwich maker for anyone who is tired of the cold sandwich or who has children. It is great for the price you pay.
