...Amazing. I got these and they blew me away! The sound quality is superb, much better than the more expensive headphones i have experienced. I don't have them on very loud but I do use the 'bass' setting on my ipod, which is awesome. =] The design can fold into itself for traveling and when they do this they do look a bit flimsy, but they are very durable. Which was good as soon as the music started I could honestly say I never wanted to take them off! The design is retro, but strangely timeless and I think more headphones should be designed like this. The cushioned speakers are really soft and you have an adjustment to make them a firm fit or a softer one (I prefer firm :] ). ...Some interesting facts: the Koss Portario headphones were first introduced in 1984. Over the years the company preserved their original design but improved their performance. I have been using the koss products for years now, mainly buying it from koss.com as sometimes it is difficult to find them in the shops. Once I got a pair of headphones on ebay but was disappointed as it said that they were brand new but they obviously weren`t. The porta pro head phones deliver exceptionally deep bass and wide frequency response from 15 - 20,000 Hz.
