I personally own the same model and brand of this digital camera. Certainly correct with problem feature. The camera will not charge when plugged in the USB cable to your computer, yes the software down loads pictures slowly and does take quite awhile. I actually can finish my coffee before it even starts up. It has it's fine features and digital wording in light to let you know what features you are setting, it creates and edits through cropping images, lighting and darkening features and more. The only thing is that the camera did cost reasonable and is affordable. I highly recommend other digitals that can recharge by the use of a loading dock. If anyone is looking for expereince, it helps to ask questions from other users who own one or has used one. Button panel is also hard to press and does not have a quick touch mode. You have to press it down longer than usual when you take the shot image. Batteries, is another issue it does not charge to hold long hours and is also limited in feature.
