I used this camera once on a trip with my friend and I was not impressed at all. I own a Fuji and maybe that is just it. I am spoiled. The photos taken by this camera just did not have the quality of my other cameras. I also found that the camera was small and hard to hold which made it hard to focus. Kodak is a very nice camera manufactoring company. My mother has always had Kodak cameras. I used this camera around New Year's time, taking pictures at our New Year's party for my aunt. ...This kodak camera is a great camera. This is now my second kodak camera as they are so user friendly. Very easy to use, great functions such as changing the settings for different scenarios (text, landscape, nighttime, fireworks, sport). The video on the camera is very good quality. One disadvantage is the zoom, if you zoom too far then you will lose picture quality to a significant degree. The big viewing screen is also very good. It's ability to recharge the battery insitu was something i found very useful. This camera is a brilliant camera if you are looking to take extremely good quality pictures. IF you don't buy this specific camera then i suggest choosing a kodak camera due to the shear user-friendlyness. You also recieve a dock to place the camera in when not in use.
