I bought this Escali Chrome kitchen scale to replace my old one. I have had several different brand food scales over the year and this is the best one that I have ever owned. I am very pleased with this scale. I've had it for about 7 months now, and I've had no any problems at all. It is small and looks nice so I leave it out on the kitchen counter, which does not take your counter up too much space and makes also very easy to use at any time. this is a great digital scale. you can use it to weigh your food or to calculate postage. It is lightweight and portable. i bought this one from wal-mart for $29, but it is not the pretty blue, just plain black. it is very durable and runs off batteries. i have not had to change my batteries yet. the scale automatically turns off to save battery life. i use mine all the time for ebay. it can weigh in ounces, grams, and pounds. i would definately ...

I own these scales and find them really useful as I do a lot of home cooking and baking. I bought these myself on sale a few months ago. I liked the stylish look of them and they had great features stated on the display sign. This scale is a multifunctional scale with unique features. Besides weighing in ounces or grams, I can easily measure my recipe ingredients in fluid ounces and milliliters. I was surprised that it even holds A FULL ELEVEN pounds ... ...see and was amazed.
These scales are accurate and well designed -- not heavy, temperamental, or hard to clean. They just works really well. A lot of my recipes are by weight, and you should always weigh when baking instead of using measuring cups as it is more accurate.
