This oven has been great. It was hard to slide into the space without breaking my granite. It had to be lifted by a couple of men to be placed appropriately in the space. Other than that once it was placed it was easy to learn to use. The convection oven was very easy to learn and made cooking a lot quicker and easier. The food stayed more moist.
