As always with newegg.com, it arrived seemingly instantly at my doorstep. I anxiously plugged it in and made various cocktails of fruits and vegetables. ...by the manufacturer, I contacted kitchenAid by phone. Needless to say, they had absolutely horrible customer service. The lady that I talked to was not only useless, she was rude as well!! I was informed that I needed to send the unit in for repairs or replacement, under the one year manufacturer warranty.
