KODAK EASYSHARE Battery Pack - camera battery - NiMH

Advantages: Rechargable
Disadvantages: Don't last, expensive

I purchased the batteries and a generic charger because it was supposed to be compatible and it was at least half the price of the kodak battery charger. ...said that these batteries could be charged 1,000 times but I have found that not to be the case. We bought several packs of these batteries and have had similar experiences with each pack we buy. Each battery pack has probably only been charged about 10 times. That is considerably less than what the package states however we are already having issues with them. I purchased the Kodak Easy Share batteries about six years ago when I bought my camera and loved the idea that I would be able to reacharge my batteries quickly and efficently and have been impressed with them ever since . I have still yet to replace them and have filled many cd's with with pictures , so I have taken many pictures . I will have to replace the batteries soon but don't mind because it will be the first time that I have had to do so ...
