Stay away from Jenn Air
Review of Jenn-Air JJW9330DDB by nojennair

Advantages: Black, worked for 10 months
Disadvantages: Worked for only ten months

Keypad failed after 10 months. replacement keypad failed after 20 months. Customer service has been no help. Seems to be enough of these bad Jenn Air failures. Look on the web and you will find most of these units fail after the warantee expires. Local service rep tells me that he would not leave home without it. Seems they made hundreds of bad units and still will not fess up to it. I think these are made by Maytag. If so it explains it. Our Maytag ... Read review
