You are not a fan of big equipments, which serves also as decoration in living-rooms, you would like to generate sophisticated sound quality from the smallest console? If your conception matches with the description in my first sentence, it wouldn't make sense to use then the subjunctive in my next sentence. Not that the JBL on Stage "could be the right equipment for you", it is!
I love to hear music at home and honestly think that the time, to play CD's is long ago over. Evidentially, I also don't want to run at home with headphones in the ears listening to my Ipod.
***The Design: stylish***
The JBL on Stage impressed already trough his nice innovating Design in black, packed in a plastic material with nobly appearance which makes it to an equipment that perfectly match to a chastely, modern and classy arranged room. The disadvantage here could be the high sensibility of the material: don't underestimate the scratch liability…
You won't enjoy this product only because of his nice design.
***The Sound Quality: Excellent***
The sound quality is not as saturated as with big sound systems and equipments but its much more than the standard. This product can easily play high and middle-pitched. Because of his amplitude and weight, he doesn't have enough pressure for the bass and start to vibrate a bit as soon as you force him.
***The usability: absolutely satisfying***
You can run this product directly trough your iPod, on the JBL on Stage himself, or with a remote-control.
- Run it with the iPod is more useful when you want to make selections, searching for a special songs etc. - Using the JBL himself, you can only regulate the volume or stop the music. - The remote control has a reach of around 5 meters, no matters in with angle you are positioned to the engine. I can perfectly use it from the bathroom…
