"Spaghetti alla sorrentina"
This is one of my favourite plates and it's very good. It's a tipical Sorrento coast's plate.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
400 g of spaghetti
300g of tomato sauce (in Italy you use "pomodorini", but tomato sauce is similar)
200 g of mozzarella
some leaves of basil
salt
olive oil
1 clove garlic

In a quite big pan put the oil (not too much) and the garlic. When the garlic is brown, take it off from pan and put the tomato sauce. Keep on cooking for about 10 minutes, be careful to not dry too much the sauce.
Put water in a cookware and when it boils put spaghetti in. Add salt.
Meanwhile, cut mozzarella into little cubes.
When spaghetti are cooked, remove water with a colander and put spaghetti in the pan with sauce; add basil and mozzarella.
Mix together and serve food.

You can also add a little of grated cheese (such as parmigiano) at the end.
If you dont'have mozzarella, you can also make this recipe with another green cheese (but with mozzarella is better!!)
