This recipe for Lasagne has been in my family for over 25 years. It is one of our favorites. I do not cook it often, so it causes a ripple of excitement when my family finds out that it is on the menu. Why don't I cook it often? Only because it takes a bit of time to prepare. ...the show were at an Italian restaurant, since the people from this reality show are very wealthy, it must have been a very pricey Italian restaurant. Well as I watched the American girls from this reality were really into the food, since it was their first time to Italy they were very happy to try new things, suddenly one of the women says "Wow, Pizza balls! To introduce myself I'm going to give you a famous recipe of the Italian Tiramisù; I hope you'll enjoy it.
ingredients: (8 portions)
14.1 oz spongefingers
14.1 oz mascarpone (cream cheese)
3 eggs
5 table spoon of sugar
2 tea cups of strong coffee
bitter cocoa powder
Beat egg yolks and sugar until appear pale in colour; add mascarpone and fold gently until smooth
In an other bowl beat egg whites with an electric beater until very stiff and gently add them into the mascarpone mixture.
Dip ladyfingers into the coffee (very quickly) and arrange them in a serving dish .
Cover the ladyfingers with the cream and use all the ingredients to obtain more layers.
