THis is one of those things that I did not think that I would be reviewing until i found myself in need of one when on holiday. During a recent trip to Hong Kong, I stayed at a 5 star hotel which provided this brand and model of iron in our suite. I don't really iron clothes because I'm very bad at it, so I just have it ironed elsewhere or by our house keeper. This product is really a good product and it works less than 5 to 6 minutes. Water level can be checked & viewed through its transparent window .
