Advantages: Quietest (idle) current 1TB drive, cool, low power draw, pretty cheap.
Disadvantages: Reduced warranty and ancillary doo-dads over the retail version.

...tell, this is (very) rebranded Western Digital W10EACS, sold under the "Digital-Tech" name (which I have not heard from). But I can tell you that I see the retail vehicle the exact same number of pictures including Epinions (if you are not sure exactly the picture?). If you look closely, you can even see the WD logo in the picture. I can not find the fact that WD W10EACS OEM to epinions to review (except 20 package), so this is almost the same. ...
