Ice cream is good year round, not just in the summer! After searching for some time, I came across an old recipe my mother had from many years back. You can always count on mom to have those good, mouth-delighting recipes. If you want a a very easy vanilla homemade ice cream recipe, keep reading.
The following ingredients are all you will need:
2 - Quarts Half and Half (In milk section of grocery) 2 - Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 - Tablespoon Vanilla (I prefer real vanilla, not imitation)
No cooking is needed. Just mix the above ingredients in a bowl and pour into your ice cream maker. This does not make that big of a batch, so double recipe if needed.
This is the easiest recipe I have ever found for ice cream, and is absolutely delightful. After trying many homemade ice cream recipes, this one is by far the easiest and most satisfying. Your mouth will definitely thank you!
