Single-station models of the family of IBM SureMark Printers are specifically engineered to deliver exceptional reliability and fast, quiet, high-quality thermal printing - even in harsh retail environments. In specialty stores, these single-station printers can withstand exposure to dust, dirt, electrostatic shock and helps protect against vibration. An optional spill-resistant cover protects against liquid hazards in food service. Most important, these models deliver up to 52 lines per second (lps) for Single Byte Character Set (SBCS) output, or 50 lps for Double Byte Character Set (DBCS) fonts. These capabilities make SureMark Printers ideal for retailers who want to reduce transaction times, customize receipts with marketing messages, and maximize uptime at the point of sale (POS).
