The texans are the newest team in the national football league and have never had a season above the five hundred mark. THis past season they had an eight and eight record, which was their best to date, so they could be ready for a turnaround. By selecetion 2006 defensive rookie of the year and alabama prouduct demeco ryans they could be on the verge. They play in the afc south division, which also features the colts who are year in and year out one of the better the last few years. The cots used to be misersable too so there is hope.
The texans came to houston as an expansion team some years after the houston oilers moved to tennessee and later became know as the titans.
They have good recievers, need work at quarterback and running back, but the defense is on the right track.
