This is a product that everyone must have! I am on my second one because I simply wore my first one out! I am still amazed at how great this little machine works! I have hardwood floors and tile floors and this little machine cleans both excellent! The ease of use is unremarkable. It picks up both wet and dry. It also washes the floors with scrubbers that won't scratch and then leaves the floor all dry! Then empty the dirty bin with ease. I have 3 dogs and one cat and I can tell you that myy floors always looks and smell so clean because of this little machine. If you haven't already bought one..run right now to the store and get it..you will thank me, I assure you!
