I do not--I repaet do not like this steam cleaner. I had it for about 6 months before it began to leak in the lower tank. About a month after that the upper tank lost the cork that helpd the water in it and so I had water everywhere. It did not do me any good to try and suck up the water because it would just leak out of the lower tank. The suction on the cleaner was not so great either. You would have to go over your job about 3 times before you got most of the water up. Oh and dont let me forget about the scrubbing action. It did not happen. You could go over a spot 15 times and you would never get the stain up. All of this and not to mention it is heavy.
