This is a really good stem cleaner to use. I borrowed it from some one to clean all my carpet in my house and it worked really well. It got all the dirt and mud out of my carpet. It was unbelivable. I could not believe that it got the carpet looking so nice. The carpet felt like it was brand new on my feet. It was very easy to use and also easy to clean. I had no problems with it. I only had to go over it only one time which was hard for my to take in. It cleaned this well. I have never used a steam cleaner that done the job really well on the first try. It is worth what it cost to have.
