My mother in law has this kind of steam cleaner and we even borrowed it to clean out carpet when we lived in a big doubl wide. It really worked good just ws very hard to get all the red mud out of our carpet. But it got the rest of the carpet very clean with out any kind of problems. It was very easy to fill up and to use. This is a really good stem cleaner to use. I borrowed it from some one to clean all my carpet in my house and it worked really well. It got all the dirt and mud out of my carpet. It was unbelivable. Now I actually used my mothers steam cleaner from her house to clean my carpet before I bought it. That way I could inspect it before I purchased it. It is easy to use and to push across the floor. I had no problems putting in the cleaning supplies in it to use. It was really simple to clean out afterwards too. It cleaned my crpet really good and got all my dirt out of my carpet. This does clean very nice and gets all he stains out. And it's nice that it comes with the attachments for your furniture. To me those were the only advantages this scrubber has. I had it for a year and my attachments broke on it, and the brush for the floor broke. my mother also had this one too an dhers broke 4 months after having it. I paid way too much for this scrubber and will never purchase it again.
