If you are one of those people trying to buy this product, then I suggest that you don't as it will not last as long if you do. If you are looking for a vacuum that will last for you for a very long time, then go and buy a bigger and more efficient vacuum. This one looks like a kid's toy and will clean your house like one. So I suggest that if you want to buy a really good steam cleaner, than go and buy something bigger. If you buy this one, it will not last long and that will mean buying another one the next year or so. Well I personally do not enjoy that and if you don't either, then I suggest that you get something more better.
